DRACULA

Hola a todos.

Como sabéis, recientemente hemos fundado una asociación de cine idependiente llamada Fog·Films con el único propósito de sacar adelante proyectos como Broken Notes, realizados con nuestros propios recursos.

Nuestra próxima gran meta, al margen de diversos cortometrajes y otras producciones audiovisuales, es adaptar DRACULA, la extraordinaria novela del escritor irlandés Bram Stoker.

El guión está listo y el rodaje se iniciará en marzo de 2009 para que podamos estrenarla antes de que acabe el año, y se llevará a cabo con una Canon HV30 de alta definición con un objetivo de cine de 35mm.

Nuestro presupuesto inicial es de 2500€ (el mismo que el de Broken Notes) y contamos con el apoyo de varias personas que trabajan en la industria del cine indie.

Así pues, dejamos abierta la posibilidad de que queráis contribuir al proyecto de alguna forma, aunque sea aportando 1€.

Todos los que colaboréis tendréis vuestro nombre en los créditos e invitación exclusiva al preestreno en una sala de cine. La película será presentada a competición en diversos certámenes del mundillo como el Festival de Cine Fantástico de Sitges o el Festival de Cine de Terror de San Sebastián. Cualquier ayuda será muy bien recibida.

Hi everybody.

As you may know, we have established an independent film association called Fog·Films with the only proposal of promote indie projects like Broken Notes, maded with our own habilities and budget.

Our next big objective, besides many other projects like shorts and another kind of audiovisual productions, is an adaptation of DRACULA, the extraordinary book from irish writter Bram Stoker.

The screenplay is yet finished and we're planning to start the shooting in march 2009 as we can premiere before the year ends, and it will be done with a high definition Canon HV30 with a 35mm film objective.

Our initial budget is 2500€ (same as Broken Notes) and we have support from a lot of independent films people. So, we set the possibility of your voluntary contribution, even with 1€.

All of those who help us will appear in the credit line and have exclusive pass for the premiere in a local theatre. The movie will contest in a lot of film festivals like Festival de Cine Fantástico de Sitges or Festival de Cine de Terror de San Sebastián. Every contribution will be really apreciated.
